What the wPopoff verification video establishes

wPopoff's original video was published on May 25, 2025 and is titled “Amethyst 100%”. Pointercrate links that same video as the verification source. Together, those records support the verifier and completion claim.

The uploader later retitled the video to specify “no CBF” because of a stated misconception. That note is uploader-supplied context. It should not be expanded into an unsupported claim about every run, version or player's input method.

The video's “TOP 1” language records how the upload was framed at the time. It does not override the live list. For current placement, use Pointercrate's dated position rather than an old video title.

Is Amethyst still the hardest Geometry Dash level?

No, not on the Pointercrate snapshot checked September 5, 2026. Amethyst was #3, below Society and Thinking Space II and above Flamewall. This answers only the current list-order question for that date.

A list position is not a percentage estimate of personal difficulty. Different skill profiles can make one section or level feel disproportionately hard, and Pointercrate ordering can change when new levels are placed or existing placements are reviewed.

Use the same current list snapshot for comparisons. Do not compare Amethyst's 2025 upload title with another level's 2026 list position and call that a current ranking.

Song, duration and scale

Pointercrate lists Ricochet Love by Waterflame, song ID 233860. The page also lists a duration of 1:42 and 147,423 objects. These are entity facts tied to the listed build, not instructions for downloading or recreating it.

The object count communicates production scale but does not directly measure difficulty. Dense decoration, gameplay timing and player input are different dimensions. Likewise, a 1:42 duration does not predict attempts or completion time.

If another source reports a different duration, first check whether it includes a video intro or refers to a modified copy. Preserve both dated records until the build difference is understood instead of averaging them.

Build a source-aware viewing sheet

For a verification or showcase review, save the exact URL, upload date and whether the footage is the ranked ID or a copy. Record video timestamp and visible in-game percentage separately; they are not interchangeable when a video includes an intro or edit.

Label observations rather than presenting them as tested tactics. A credible route guide would need a current-build audit, repeatable checkpoints and explicit uncertainty around display and input conditions. This page has not performed that gameplay study.
