Names, publishers, and ordering are a dated factual snapshot. The Challenge List remains the source of truth for current placement and submission rules.

What the Geometry Dash Challenge List ranks

The Challenge List is a community-maintained ranking for short, concentrated Geometry Dash challenges. These entries are not interchangeable with full-length Extreme Demons. A challenge may isolate a demanding wave pattern, tight timing, or another compact skill test without satisfying the length and rating context people normally expect from a Demonlist level.

That difference explains why a search for ‘Geometry Dash challenge list’ deserves its own page instead of being folded into the Demonlist guide. The user is looking for challenge names, placements, publishers, and list rules—not a second copy of the hardest rated full-level ranking.

How to use the filterable snapshot

Type any part of a challenge name, the listed publisher, or a rank such as `4`. Matching is case-insensitive and happens in the browser, so the page does not make a new request for every keystroke. Clear restores all 100 rows. The current filter is written to `?q=` in the URL so the same view survives refresh and can be shared.

Each row preserves only a small factual subset: observed position, title, publisher label, and the record URL. Open the source before acting on a placement. The owner page can contain current evidence, guidelines, and status that this snapshot deliberately does not reproduce.

Main List and Legacy List are different scopes

The live site separates a Main List from a Legacy List. Its page describes the main section as the top 100 challenges, while the legacy section preserves challenges that have fallen out of that range. This DashedUp table includes the captured main 100 only; a missing legacy entry is therefore outside the dataset rather than evidence that the challenge never existed.

Scope labels matter for both readers and search engines. Calling every historical entry ‘top 100’ would erase the date and list transition that give the number meaning. This page keeps the legacy explanation visible while avoiding a stale copied legacy catalog.

Read publisher credit narrowly

The publisher column reproduces the visible label attached to the challenge row at capture time. It should not automatically be interpreted as a complete host roster, verifier identity, decorator credit, or legal ownership statement. Collaboration and verification roles can require details from the source page or original upload.

That is why the structured table does not guess extra creator fields. A compact tool becomes less trustworthy when it turns one observed label into several unsupported identities. Where attribution affects your use of a level, follow the record and original media rather than relying on a single index row.

A position is a dated community judgment

Rank order expresses the list team's current comparison of extremely short, mechanically dense levels. It is not a universal difficulty score. Player skill sets, refresh rate, input method, consistency, and the exact version played can all change individual experience without changing the displayed list position.

A snapshot is useful for discovery and reproducible discussion, but it cannot show later moves. The date beside this table is therefore part of every ranking statement. If the source and this page differ, use the source as current and treat DashedUp as a historical observation.

Use the source for records and submission rules

The live Challenge List links its guidelines and provides account, record, and community functions beyond a simple ranking. Those workflows may change and require evidence that DashedUp neither collects nor evaluates. This page has no upload form and makes no claim that a result shown here qualifies for list acceptance.

Before recording or submitting a completion, read the current rules on the owner site and retain the required gameplay evidence. A filter result is navigation, not verification. The same boundary applies to rank disputes: use the list's own staff and published process rather than treating a cached table as an appeal channel.

Challenge List versus Demonlist

Pointercrate's Demonlist and the Challenge List answer different questions. The Demonlist compares the hardest rated full levels and their accepted records; the Challenge List focuses on compact challenge levels. A familiar name or mechanic can appear in both communities without making the two ranking systems equivalent.

Choose the Challenge List when your intent is to find concentrated tests or a named challenge placement. Choose the Demonlist when you need full Extreme Demon history, current top-level placement, or record requirements for those levels. DashedUp links both rather than merging their positions into a false combined ranking.

Why this page does not copy the whole source site

The tool retains the minimum factual fields needed for search and verification. It does not reproduce the source site's descriptions, videos, original graphics, user statistics, or submission interface. That keeps the page useful without pretending to replace the community that maintains the list.

For the same reason, the table is client-side filterable but not marketed as live. A future refresh should update the capture date and evidence together. Silently changing the rows while leaving an old date—or changing the date without recapturing the source—would break the page's audit trail.

Geometry Dash Challenge List FAQ

What is the Geometry Dash Challenge List?

It is a community ranking for short, concentrated challenge levels. It is separate from the Pointercrate Demonlist for the hardest rated full levels.

Is this the live Challenge List?

No. It is a 100-row main-list snapshot captured on 2026-09-05. Every row links to the owner site for current information.

What can I search in the table?

You can filter by any part of the challenge name, the listed publisher, or the numeric position.

Why is a challenge missing?

It may be on the Legacy List, may have moved after the snapshot, or may use a spelling that does not match your filter. Clear the search and check the live source.

Does publisher mean the complete creator team?

Not necessarily. It is the publisher label observed in the list row. Use the source record and original upload for fuller attribution.

Can I submit a record through DashedUp?

No. This page does not accept or validate records. Follow the current rules and submission workflow on the Challenge List itself.

Are Challenge List ranks comparable with Demonlist ranks?

No. They rank different page intents and level formats. Do not merge a challenge position with a full Extreme Demon position.

Does filtering change the underlying list?

No. It only narrows the rows displayed in your browser. Clear the filter to restore the complete dated 100-row snapshot.
