About Geometry Dash Bloodbath
Geometry Dash Bloodbath is one of the most famous Extreme Demon levels ever built. Riot hosted, verified, and published the level on August 12, 2015, after a long verification grind that became part of Geometry Dash history. The level is a community mega-collaboration, with individual sections from weoweoteo, Vermillion, Michigun, Evasium, Crack, ASonicMen, Etzer, Havok, Giron, and Ggb0y.
Bloodbath became a benchmark for the old Demonlist era because it combined brutal timing, tight ship control, memory-heavy transitions, and a red hell visual style that players still recognize instantly. It uses Dimrain47's At the Speed of Light, runs for about 1 minute and 49 seconds, and contains 36,734 objects.
For a period from 2015 into 2016, Bloodbath was treated as the hardest level in Geometry Dash. It later moved into the Legacy List, but its reputation never faded. With massive download numbers, years of completions, and a permanent place in GD culture, Bloodbath is still one of the first names players mention when they talk about legendary Extreme Demons.
Bloodbath is also the second part of the Apocalyptic Trilogy, the Geometry Dash hell trilogy that connects Cataclysm, Bloodbath, and Aftermath through the same song, visual theme, and difficulty-era story. For the direct predecessor comparison, read Bloodbath vs Cataclysm. For the remake comparison, read Bloodbath vs Bloodlust.
Why Bloodbath Matters
A Demonlist Milestone
Bloodbath was not just another hard level. It became the difficulty symbol of its era, sitting at the center of the Geometry Dash community's race to push skill ceilings higher. Many later Extreme Demons were compared against Bloodbath because players already understood what surviving its ship, ball, UFO, and wave sections demanded.
Made by the Community
The level showcases why community levels matter in Geometry Dash. Each creator brought a distinct section, but Riot tied the whole project together through hosting and verification. The result feels like a single punishing route through multiple design styles.

Playing Bloodbath Online
This page lets you play Bloodbath in the browser without downloading the Geometry Dash client. The controls follow the same one-input rhythm-platformer format: click, tap, Space, or Up Arrow to jump and activate. During ship and wave sections, hold the input to control flight.
New players should use practice mode first. Bloodbath is built around memorization, rhythm, and consistency, so learning the sections one by one is more useful than restarting full runs immediately. Treat every fail as information: where the speed changes, where gravity flips, and where the level asks you to stay calm.
