Guide section 01
Why Deadlocked feels different
Deadlocked introduces teleportation, the green jump ring, and a wave sequence affected by gravity. The level also places a boss-like laser segment around the middle of the run. Those changes make it a transition-reading test: the same tap can mean a different thing after a portal, a size change, or a gravity flip.
Guide section 02
A practice order that reduces noise
Start with the opening cube and the first mini-ship so the early portals are familiar. Next isolate the first wave and the teleport sequence; do not combine the two until you can name the next portal before entering it. Leave the boss-style UFO and the final dual-wave for separate practice passes. This is a route plan, not a claim about a player's actual attempt count.
Guide section 03
The three coin decisions
Deadlocked's coins are not simple off-path pickups. The first depends on a key collected in the early mini-ship, the second asks for a controlled drop in the robot section, and the third is placed in the laser-shooting UFO segment. Each coin changes what must be practised, so clear the normal route before adding the detours.
Guide section 04
Device-aware practice
Fast wave and dual sections can feel different across a phone, Chromebook, and desktop browser. Use the same visual cue on the device where you intend to play, and describe a missed input as a local practice observation rather than a universal frame rule.

Secret coin routes
01
Around 43% · cube
Secret Coin 1
Collect the key high in the first mini-ship near 19%. That key opens the later cube passage where the first coin can be taken.
Watch for: Missing the key leaves the alternate passage closed. Learn the key route and the later return as two linked checkpoints.
02
Around 53% · robot
Secret Coin 2
Drop from the two-block pillar instead of jumping over it, then jump shortly after to collect the coin and use the fading block to return to the main route.
Watch for: The landing and the return jump are the difficult part; do not judge the route only by whether the coin was collected.
03
Around 66% · UFO
Secret Coin 3
In the laser-shooting monster section, rise near the top before the first laser fires, avoid the spinning blade, and take the coin in the upper route.
Watch for: The visual timing is late and compressed. Practise the UFO entry before attempting the coin so the first laser is not a surprise.
Practical checklist
How to practise Deadlocked
Name the next portal or gravity change before entering it.
Practise wave, teleport, and dual sections independently before reconnecting them.
Clear the normal route before adding the key-dependent first coin.
Use the Geometry Dash Lite page as the single play entry; this route stays a reference guide.

Questions players ask
Deadlocked FAQ
What makes Deadlocked a Demon level?
The official level is the twentieth main level and the third main level with a Demon difficulty. Its difficulty comes from dense portal changes, wave control, and late-run transitions.
How many coins are in Deadlocked?
Deadlocked has three secret coins. The first requires a key route, the second is in the robot section, and the third is in the UFO laser section.
Where is the first Deadlocked coin?
Collect the key in the early mini-ship, then use the key-opened cube route around the 43% mark.
Do I need 30 coins to play Deadlocked?
The official full game uses a 30-secret-coin unlock requirement. DashedUp is an independent reference site and does not change official game unlock rules.
Can this page track my Deadlocked attempts?
No. A page can measure guide and play-link clicks, but it cannot claim Unity attempts or completion without an exposed game event interface.
